CAIR-NY to Offer Free Legal Clinic at Astoria Festival
(NEW YORK, NY, 7/26/19) - On Sunday, July 28, the New York chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-NY), a chapter of the nation’s largest Muslim civil rights and advocacy organization, will hold a free legal clinic at the 30th Avenue Astoria Festival in Astoria, Queens.

The Free Legal Clinic will be led by CAIR-NY’s litigation director Ahmed Mohamed. CAIR-NY’s attorneys will answer questions about the Trump administration’s “Muslim ban,” discrimination in the workplace or in schools, bullying of Muslim students, and other topics of concern to the American Muslim community.
