(NEW YORK, NY, 11/26/18) — The New York chapter of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR-NY), the law firm of Emery Celli Brinckerhoff & Abady LLP (ECBA), a leading civil rights firm, faith leaders, and elected officials have postponed their scheduled November 28th press conference about CAIR-NY and ECBA’s federal class action lawsuit against the NYPD. The November 28th oral arguments in the matter have also been postponed to a yet-undermined date.
