CAIR-NY - A new grassroots campaign aims to get a million or more postcards sent to the White House today, March 15. The campaign organizers hope to capture both the president's and the nation's attention using simple means: 4×6 pieces of card stock and stamps.

The event date coincides with the Roman Holiday Ides of March; the same day that Julius Cesar was assassinated after failing to heed previous warnings.
